Privacy policy

ConciergeOS builds branded mobile event experiences for event organizers. We play two distinct roles with data: for visitors to this website, we are the data controller; for guest data inside a client deployment, we act strictly on our client's instructions as a processor.

Privacy-respecting website analytics through Vercel and PostHog: page views, referral and campaign tags, device category, guide scroll milestones, time-to-engagement, important link destinations, and sanitized client error messages. We do not send guide search text or form values to analytics, and we do not create identified visitor profiles. PostHog uses anonymous, tab-scoped session storage rather than a persistent analytics cookie. Optional session replay is disabled by default; if enabled, all page text and input values are masked before capture. We also collect whatever you choose to share when booking a call: your name, email, and anything you write in the request. Booking requests reach us as plain email — the form on this site stores nothing and no third-party scheduler sits in between.

Event programs, guest lists, and access rules belong to our clients and stay in their source files. We read that data solely to render the deployed app, enforce the client's access rules with it, and purge it from our production systems when the event window closes. We never sell guest data, never use it for advertising or profiling, and never contact a client's guests for our own purposes. The full commitment is on our Security page.

No sale of personal data, no third-party advertising trackers, no data brokers, no use of client guest lists to market anything of ours.

Website inquiry data is kept only as long as the conversation it belongs to is live. Deployment data follows the event window, as described above.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at any time. If your request concerns a specific event deployment, we will route it to the organizer who controls that data and assist them in honoring it.
