More than 100 small-displacement, micro, mini, unusual, and electric vehicles fill Pacific Grove with an intentionally democratic mix of marques. Limited to vehicles at least 25 years old and engines no larger than 1,601cc, the show has become a cheerful counterpoint to Car Week's grandest machinery.
